We have 5 SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines, all equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including automatic solder paste printers (GKG), Samsung high-speed multi-functional placement machines (S1, S2), and German ERSA reflow soldering/wave soldering systems. The inspection equipment includes OMRON 2D/3D-AOI, OMRON 3D-RAY, KOHYOUNG SPI, and BLUIRIS first article inspection devices.
The daily production capacity of our SMT lines can reach up to 4 million points.
Our fifth line goes even further – offering a larger board capacity, an odd-form placement machine for tricky components like connectors (minimising hand placements), and a nitrogen-capable reflow oven for specialised processes.
To top it off, all reflow ovens have been recently upgraded to energy-efficient models, slashing energy consumption and reducing our carbon footprint without compromising performance.
